Masa cuti sekolah in August, the whole family including Rina and Adi pun turun ke KL - ada 2 sebab, pertamanya nak shopping untuk Yone and secondly untuk visit Meor Hamzah yang masa tu dah abt a month tak jumpa anak bini hehehe.. so Yone drove from Penang with Mama, Abah and Cha. Stop by in Jelapang to pick up Rina and Adi..
The first night tu, we all decided to have dinner in F*g & Ol*ve kat S*nway P*ram*d to celebrate Abahnya belated birthday. The journey was so long, kedai dah nak tutup baru we all sampai.. We all enjoyed the food tapi the portion was quite big.. Meor lagi la enjoy-- favouritela katakan..
Amongst the activity we did were pegi ke Jalan T*R to look for Yone nye kain kahwin.. adoi penatla mencari, lenguh kaki2.. Abah ngan mama lagi la lenguh.. Abah asyik cari kerusi/sofa je nak duduk kalau sampai satu2 kedai tu.. Finally we found the kain yang Yone nak.. Alhamdullillah...
Lepas dah shopping we went to Shah Alam, to have dinner kat rumah Ayah Chu/Mak Su.. sedap -- ada lauk gulai tempoyak-- pergh.. mengancam..After dinner, I terlelap kejap-- agaknya terlalu kekenyangan kot.. Sedar2 dah nak balik.. Had to drive again sebab Yone letih..
Esoknya tu, we went to Aunty Jan's house just for short visit -- sebab Rina and Cha tak pernah buat tour lagi kat the new house. (Actually Meor and Yone pun tak pernah pegi gak -- tapi Meor kerja, Yone plak dating-- tak dapek la nak nolong).. Btw, I was on leave. It was a breeze sebab Aunty Jan ada lunch appointment with her cousins (which was more to belanja Sarah yang balik kejap for summer holidays from US).. Excited betoi tengok Cha and Rina yang oohh..and aahhh.. everytime sampai kat a new room..
Right after that, we had lunch kat rumah Aunty Nie (adik Aunty Jan) -- also had kampung style dishes -- sedap!! After dah lunch and solat, we went to PKNS in Shah Alam to shop for baju raya.. Lega dapat shop around that time and don't have to berebut2 masa ramadan kat PKNS tu.. selamat.. We then head home and the day after that, everyone left...

P/S: FYI -- Adi is only 2 yrs 9 months old. He might not look like it but he is still a baby/toddler.

Seronoknyer shopping untuk pengantin! Tu belum masuk shopping untuk barang-barang hantaran, bunga telur, bunga pahar segala!
Will the family have a specific theme for the wedding nanti? Nanti kena shop for the bride's entourage attires pulak, I'm sure.

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri..Maaf zahir dan batin ye..
Memang seronok.. in fact today my parents are coming down to KL, so most probably going to finish all the shopping for barang2 hantaran and bunga pahar -- sib baik, this time round, i tak payah buat hantaran -- I'm just doing the bunga pahar and sikit2 tolong for the bunga telur..
The theme colour ada mixture sikit -- my mother tak suka semua pakai satu colour, boring she said -- so the specifics are -- older men - dark green, younger men - light green, older women - purple, younger women/girls - lilac/pink. Rasanya semuanya dah beli.. my father and hubby siap dah tempah baju melayu green they all - dah siap, and hubby dah pakai pun masa raya-- hahaha..
Yone's wedding insyallah will now be on 30th May next year -- terpaksa push back sebab in March semua dewan dah fully book masa cuti sekolah..Insyallah will post nanti..
She did look different masa engagement sebab tu semua orang macam terkagum je (tsk, tsk,terperasan plak makcik tu nanti)

Adi reminds me of Ajih masa dia kecik... cute and adorable tapi looks much matured.. so much so org lupa masih kecik. especially gambor mkn aiskerim ngan mak tok... mcm umur 4 thn kan kan kan.
Fig&Olive lagi? Waoaaah, favourite eating place ya? Last weekend of Ramadan ari tu kita org ingat nak berbuka kat sana tapi pergi2 jer deme tutup... ada function... padan muka bijak tak call in advance. kelam kelibut nak cari tmpt berbuka.... tmpt lain kat pyramid dah fully booked ...

As for Yone.. memang!! She is quite particular about her kain which my mom didn't expect. But I knew she have her own idea of how her wedding dresses will look like, so I supported her (moral je, duit sendiri la.. mahai oi kak!!)
Hehehe.. as for bunga telur/pahar/hantaran and pelamin --since my own wedding I've been doing them all sendiri (not everything -- ada setengah tu source out la jugak, pening nak buat semua). But since then, I don't know why, all weddings after that, I automatically became the wedding planner -- pening jugak kepala. But I really enjoyed it -- especially bila orang puji cakap cantik -- hahaha.. kembang tak kuncup2 dah hehehe..
In fact, ada jugak I buat bisnes kecil-kecilan bila ada orang order.. Eemmm.. I think I should do one entry for all the crafts that I did.. Hantaran tunang yone ari tu was one of it.
